In this position you will be responsible for:

The Global Growth & Revenue Director will be responsible for driving Rentcar's global growth and revenue strategies, focusing on increasing booking volumes, improving conversion rates, and ensuring sustainable margins. This role requires expertise in online or digital companies, with a preference for experience in marketplaces and B2C industries. This pivotal role involves developing and executing a central role in developing initiatives that integrate commercial strategies, pricing, investment optimization, and digital innovation, ensuring competitiveness across global and regional markets.

With a data-driven approach, Rentcars' Global Growth & Revenue Director will design and execute strategies tailored to local dynamics, promoting operational efficiency and an enhanced customer experience. Collaboration with departments across the company will focus on sharing actionable, data-driven insights to enhance direct channels' effectiveness and build stronger commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy and International Expansion

Developing and implementing global growth strategies will be a key focus that align booking volume increases, financial sustainability, and international expansion. This includes creating tailored plans for target markets, focusing on understanding the cultural, economic, and regulatory dynamics of each region.

2. Digital Strength and SEO

The Global Growth & Revenue Director will oversee the company’s digital initiatives, with a focus on advanced SEO strategies to ensure high visibility on search engines and attract qualified traffic. This includes continuous content optimization, strategic keyword monitoring, and designing landing pages to maximize conversions.

In addition, strategies will be developed and strengthened for direct customer engagement, utilizing multiple channels to create personalized and relevant communications that enhance loyalty and the overall customer experience.

3. Collaboration with Strategic Partnerships

In collaboration with other strategic areas, the *Global Growth & Revenue Director* will provide data-driven insights and detailed analyses to guide actions that enhance the performance of distribution channels and strengthen commercial partnerships. Additionally, there will be a strategic focus on influencer marketing and partnerships to expand reach and build brand trust in key markets. This integrated approach will ensure alignment between the company’s growth goals and the market opportunities pursued by partners.

4. Margin Maximization and Investment Optimization

Efforts will focus on maximizing margins and ensuring efficient marketing and sales investments. Continuous monitoring of metrics such as CAC, ROI, and LTV will guide strategic adjustments to allocate resources effectively, focusing on increasing revenue and reducing customer acquisition costs. Targeted strategies for microsegments, combined with campaigns based on behavioral forecasts, will ensure that each market receives investments tailored to its specific needs and opportunities.

5. Innovation and Advanced Technology

A core responsibility will involve spearheading advancements in artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics to scale operations and anticipate market trends. Leveraging cutting-edge technology will enhance customer experiences, improve competitiveness, and drive sustainable long-term value.

6. Customer Engagement and Experience Optimization

Develop strategies based on data to strengthen customer relationships, increase engagement, and maximize customer experience value. Leverage CRM tools to create personalized campaigns and automate communications to deliver relevant experiences at scale. Analyze metrics such as churn and lifetime value to identify optimization opportunities and ensure compliance with privacy laws. This approach will humanize digital interactions, foster loyalty, and create a sustainable competitive advantage.

7. Performance Marketing and Visibility

Establish strategies to attract qualified traffic, increase visibility, and convert visitors into buyers. Create well-targeted performance campaigns to reach the target audience at the right time using channels such as Google Ads, social media, SEM, metasearch, and affiliate platforms. Monitor and improve metrics like ROI, cost per acquisition (CPA), and lifetime value (LTV) in real time, enabling quick adjustments to optimize results. Take responsibility for customer retention by creating personalized campaigns based on user behavior and preferences, driving repeat purchases.

What we expect from you (experience and hard skills):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are highly desirable. An MBA or master’s degree is a strategic advantage.
  • Proven experience in leading growth and revenue strategies, particularly within online or digital companies, ideally marketplaces and B2C environments.
  • Deep knowledge of international market expansion and growth dynamics, especially within online business models, with the ability to adapt to different cultures, consumer behaviors, and regulatory environments.
  • A strong track record of managing large budgets and delivering significant financial results.
  • Proficiency in designing and optimizing pricing strategies to balance competitiveness and profitability.
  • Expertise in constructing dynamic sales funnels that cater to varying market needs and customer behaviors, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Advanced knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) strategies, leveraging tools to foster engagement and loyalty.
  • Strong command of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and metasearch, to drive visibility and attract qualified traffic.
  • Proficiency in data analytics to monitor and refine performance metrics such as ROI, CAC, and LTV, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Experience with cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence and automation, to scale operations and deliver predictive insights.
